Zero Corner Model

With the advent and progression of two practices, document sharing and distributed processing (Google Drive, Microsoft Sharepoint, distributed ledgers, and the like) the effect of these on e-Document management, e-Delivery can not be ignored to be future proof.

The Zero Corner model is document sharing over distributed transmission layer, forging together the benefits of both the 3 Corner and the 4 Corner models by being symmetric and transactional and on the other hand capable of handling a scenery with many players.

Zero Corner model is based on shared documents between multiple parties. The sharing itself may be established on distributed data transmission, where the data is accessible via a network of numerous (partial or complete) data stores, practically everywhere on the internet. That means there is no need to bundle the document and the services provided using the data of the document.

The Zero Corner model best works with the Smart Document principle upon the recognition that most operations do not need all data elements of a document, but a restricted “view” only.

From the Smart document services perspective the Zero Corner Model is a type of document processing storing/loading them via a distributed storage.

This type of data storage inherently requires cryptographic protection of the data since the permissions to access can rely on the ability to decrypt the encrypted data rather than on the restriction of the access. “Everyone can access but the permitted ones can understand only.”

Distributed ledgers (and blockchain as one of the many implementation types of distributed ledgers) are a type of distributed data solution, therefore they can be one of the instruments of the distributed data transmission of the Zero Cornel model. On the other hand this does not mean the distributed data transmission should or can be an exclusively blockchain-like solution. Blockchain-like solutions have clear advantages in the area of trust and security such as privacy, identification and the addressability of the parties, or in the area of providing proofs similar to the digital signatures and timestamps but limitations as well in the area of technical performance.

Zero Corner Model

A folyamatosan terjedő két technológia, a dokumentumok megosztása és az u.n. blockchain alapú megoldások miatt „jövő biztos” megoldáshoz szükséges új elvek meghonosítása az üzleti életben.

A Zero Corner Model elosztott adatátviteli rétegre épülő dokumentum megosztást jelent, egyesítve a mindez idáig domináns 3 Corner és 4 Corner modellek gyakorlatát. Ezzel megnyílik a hozzáférés az adatokhoz bármely szereplő részére és lehetővé válik a tranzakció alapú megoldások megvalósítása.

A Zero Corner Model több szereplő számára megosztott dokumentumokon alapszik.
